About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
• Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to increase reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Foster relationships with influencers and manage public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing or management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and experience in content creation.
• Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or similar tools for performance evaluation.
• Experience in relationship management and public relations is preferred.
• Knowledge of branding strategies and e-commerce practices is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
