Part-Time Website Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build fully functional, visually appealing websites for restaurant customers using the website building product.
• Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into website designs.
• Test the website building product for bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement, providing feedback to the product team.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to the website product and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist in testing and improving the website-building toolkit to ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with website building tools such as Squarespace or Wix.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong eye for design and ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly websites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with internal and external customers/teams.
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the restaurant industry or small business websites.

Qualifications
