Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Strategic Partners.
  • Acquire, onboard and collaborate with new partners to identify and drive business opportunities that generate sustainable value for all parties.
  • Plan and execute partner events and manage communications in collaboration with marketing teams, ensuring alignment with budget and timelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership activities, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • Create Co-Selling, Partner Influenced or Partner Sourced sales opportunities.
  • Work in close collaboration with country leadership and the partnerships team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful connections while understanding the importance of balancing relationship-building with business objectives.
  • Bring 3+ years of experience as a Partner Business Manager or Ecosystem Manager, with a track record of developing successful partnerships.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, think strategically, and deliver results in line with organizational goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust, engage stakeholders, and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven partnerships, ideally within the HR tech space.
  • Ability to travel regularly within France and occasionally to Munich.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP systems and ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Partner Business Manager or Ecosystem Manager for 3+ years.
