About the Role

The Partner Marketing Manager will play a key role within the Integrated Marketing team, with a focus on developing innovative marketing package solutions in collaboration with partner brands to drive customer acquisition and retention, capitalizing on key growth opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Marketing, the individual in this role will blend brand, marketing and category strategy development, and play an important role both within our marketing team and with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create, sell in, and help execute unique omni-channel, consumer insight-led marketing programs that leverage our first party data, build community, bring new customers to PetSmart, deliver on our brand equity and create value for both PetSmart stakeholders and the brands who participate in our brand marketing plans
Actively partner with highly strategic JBP vendor partners, who will view you as their marketing leader within the PetSmart team
Support content production shoots in coordination with partner brands and creative agencies
Translate complex data and insights into scalable opportunities
Partner with key cross-functional teams across Customer Experience, Merchandising and Digital
Develop marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams and partner brands

Requirements

5+ years of marketing experience in a retail, agency or CPG environment, developing strategic marketing plans and initiatives
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree is a plus
Track record of delivering successful and innovative marketing initiatives that drive results and create affinity for your company/brand
Ability to create go-to-market programs using digital media and data-driven insights
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
Proven ability to convince and influence at multiple levels
Well developed and proven solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to create effective internal and external partnerships across the organization
