Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage the capacity and capability of focus partners and interface with field sales teams to create a mutual partner-originated pipeline.
  • Utilize the strengths and capabilities of focus partners to drive sales and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to develop and execute strategies that create a robust mutual partner originated pipeline.
  • Ensure alignment between partner and Atlassian's GTM strategies to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners and internal field teams to facilitate collaboration and drive results.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partner sales efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner or field sales management, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
