The company values passion, people, and purpose, and operates across 70 countries with a focus on immersive, innovative, and sustainable travel brands. The Partner Training Manager role supports TTC's trade sales community by developing training materials and enabling sales teams without delivering training sessions directly.

  • Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure all materials are factually accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with go-to-market strategies.
  • Adapt training content to meet the specific needs of different trade audiences and markets.
  • Deliver internal training sessions to sales leaders and trainers to enable them to present content effectively to their partners.
  • Support sales team readiness through documentation, FAQs, and walkthrough materials that reinforce training objectives.
  • Monitor usage and engagement of training materials across regions and partner tiers, collecting feedback to refine and optimize collateral.
  • Organize and support internal learning events, sales summits, or trade conference training tracks.
  • Maintain organized digital archives of training assets and ensure regional access.
  • Provide light design support in collaboration with marketing when needed.
  • Support special projects related to global product launches, sales process changes, or seasonal updates.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, eLearning tools (e.g., Litmos or other LMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and webinar tools is a plus.
  • Occasional domestic and international travel, estimated at less than 20%.
  • Availability for flexible work hours during major launches or events.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with webinar tools.

Qualifications
