Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and activation of partnerships with Ambassadors, Brands, and Events that align with the company's brand and values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Lead flawless brand experiences both digitally and in-person.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative and proactive marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Relationship-oriented personality with strong organizational skills.
• Creative, proactive, and organized approach to partnership management.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build on ideas.
• Experience in brand and partnership marketing within the sporting goods industry is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in event management and digital marketing.
• Previous leadership roles in partnership marketing.
