You will partner with some of America's largest customers, influencing the future of Performance solutions alongside Go-to-Market and Product Teams, and Product Managers. This role involves collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Large Customer Sales pods, gTech, and Specialists to drive impact to our largest customers through Performance Solutions activation (Bidding, Broad Match, AI Max, Performance Max, etc).
  • Lead Search, product activation, and adoption across cross-functional teams in the Integrated Sector, requiring business skills, influencing without authority, and cross-collaboration.
  • Engage with Go-to-Market and Product teams to provide feedback and influence product roadmap.
  • Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, and plan, create, deliver strategy, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media sales, digital advertising, or digital marketing or 3 years with an advanced degree.
  • Experience with Performance Marketing Solutions such as search, Pmax or other similar search solutions.
  • Experience in working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Nice to Have

  • Experience influencing and collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with the Telecom or Healthcare industries.
  • Experience defining the search strategy for clients.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers acting as a search product Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customers and agencies.

Qualifications

  • Formal educational background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by work location, skills, experience, and education.
  • Additional benefits include bonus, equity, and other perks as outlined by Google.
