About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies for web and backend systems.
• Create performance test scripts using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Analyze performance test results and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Identify and address bottlenecks in application performance.
• Validate API functionality, performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop and execute API Test Cases.
• Conduct load and stress testing for APIs.
• Work closely with developers, PO s and DevOps teams to optimize system performance.
• Participate in requirement gathering to understand performance criteria and benchmarks.
• Monitor system performance during tests and identify deviations.
• Generate comprehensive performance test reports, documenting results and areas for improvement.
• Integrate performance testing into CICD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Performance Test Engineer.
• Strong expertise in API testing.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Experience in scripting for performance testing.
• Knowledge of performance testing strategies for web and backend systems.
• Ability to analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks.
• Experience with load and stress testing APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Candidates must have Top security clearance.
• Prior experience working with TMO is highly preferred.

• Experience working with TMO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing.
