Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of our Google Ads program, including Search, Performance Max, and experimental campaign types.
  • Strategy development and tactical execution across keyword planning, audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing.
  • Continuous performance analysis and experimentation, driving incremental gains through structured testing and iteration.
  • Development of dashboards, pacing reports, and performance insights to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align campaign messaging and landing pages.
  • Identification of growth opportunities across the funnel, surfacing strategic insights backed by data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally in high-growth environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and campaign tracking infrastructure.
  • Confident in handling large data sets using spreadsheets, and comfortable working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously—knowing when to zoom into details and when to zoom out.
  • Organized, analytical, and highly curious—love solving problems and turning data into action.
  • Excellent communicator—able to distill complex performance insights into clear, strategic, data-backed recommendations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS paid acquisition.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
