Key Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of our Google Ads program, including Search, Performance Max, and experimental campaign types.
Strategy development and tactical execution across keyword planning, audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing.
Continuous performance analysis and experimentation, driving incremental gains through structured testing and iteration.
Development of dashboards, pacing reports, and performance insights to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align campaign messaging and landing pages.
Identification of growth opportunities across the funnel, surfacing strategic insights backed by data.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally in high-growth environments.
Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and campaign tracking infrastructure.
Confident in handling large data sets using spreadsheets, and comfortable working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously—knowing when to zoom into details and when to zoom out.
Organized, analytical, and highly curious—love solving problems and turning data into action.
Excellent communicator—able to distill complex performance insights into clear, strategic, data-backed recommendations.

Nice to Have

Experience in B2B or SaaS paid acquisition.
Familiarity with SQL.
