Key Responsibilities

Design and execute load, stress, and volume tests
Monitor application/database performance using AWR, OEM, or equivalent tools
Develop performance engineering models and analyze results to identify bottlenecks
Provide performance risk assessments and remediation recommendations
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in testing
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Rational Performance Tester, AWR/OEM
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)

Nice to Have

Experience with agile testing methodologies
Knowledge of test automation frameworks
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and modern testing practices
