About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, and affiliate networks.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Twitter Ads to maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and SEO optimization.
• Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance and user behavior.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that attracts potential leads through e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement in conversion optimization.
• Assist in budgeting for marketing campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for maximum impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, SEO tools, media buying, and media planning to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience managing Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in performance marketing strategies with a focus on lead generation.
• Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and DoubleClick for effective media buying.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and tools to enhance organic reach and visibility.
• Familiarity with PPC campaign management techniques to drive targeted traffic.
• Ability to conduct thorough keyword research for effective content strategy development.
• Expertise in social media management to engage audiences across various platforms.
• Understanding of conversion optimization techniques to improve lead quality and sales funnel efficiency.
• Experience with e-commerce marketing strategies that drive online sales growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret web analytics data for informed decision-making.

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B lead generation & SaaS campaigns.
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and LinkedIn Ads certifications.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead nurturing.
• Experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
