Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver compelling demo experiences across Workday's core product areas, including People, Money, and Platform.
  • Support events like Workday Rising, DevCon, SKO, and key customer engagements with demo content.
  • Translate product innovation into clear and engaging stories that highlight customer value, with a focus on AI and automation.
  • Build high-quality demo assets including flows, scripts, visuals, videos, and reusable kits for field and partner use.
  • Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Studios, Enablement, and Marketing to ensure technical accuracy and message alignment.
  • Refine demo content based on feedback, adoption trends, and evolving product capabilities.
  • Help establish and improve demo standards, systems, and documentation to scale efforts across the company.

Requirements

  • 7 or more years of experience in product marketing, solution engineering, technical sales, or a related enterprise SaaS role.
  • Hands-on experience designing or delivering demos for sophisticated platforms, enterprise applications, or AI/ML technologies.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience crafting demo scripts, visuals, and supporting content.
  • Strong technical proficiency with the ability to quickly grasp new product capabilities and explain them clearly.
  • Ability to connect technical functionality with customer value and business impact.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software such as HCM, ERP, or related solutions is a plus.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working with platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, or Tableau is helpful.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment that involves cross-functional collaboration and change.
