Product Growth Manager, Product Growth Commerce Platforms

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Be the product-level subject matter expert, engaging with sales, account, and relationship teams to drive revenue and business growth.
• Provide detailed product overviews, demos, and API portal walkthroughs for clients.
• Gather market and customer requirements, translating them into valuable insights for technical product and development teams.
• Partner with the strategy team to analyze market size and identify opportunities for new product capabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party partnerships, commercializing new relationships and training teams on these solutions.
• Help extend product offerings by filling gaps and expanding the addressable market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience, education, and military service.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Business Development, Product Growth, or Partnership Management with a focus on technical solutions.
• Product Management background is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and communicate technical requirements at a business level.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams including sales, strategy, and engineering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to demo and discuss complex technical products.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the payments or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with alternative payment providers and third-party partnerships.
• Experience with Jira or other agile project management tools.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred).
