About the Role

Citadel Execution Services (CES) is Citadel Securities' Retail and Institutional Execution business. We provide critical liquidity & execution services across a broad range of asset classes and products for the world's most important financial institutions. We are looking for an Algorithmic Product Manager to help manage the rollout and expansion of our next generation Algorithmic Trading suite.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the algo product roadmap and development queue for US equity algo trading business.
Collaborate with sales, technology, quant research, trading and, compliance teams to deliver new algos and features.
Work with the algo quantitative development team to research and analyze trading performance.
Work with sales team to understand client requirements, making recommendations, setup algo configurations, run A/B experiments and provide TCA analysis.
Work with marketing and the sales team to communicate new product features and product highlights.

Requirements

3-7 years of experience with Algo Product Management experience.
A track record of owning and delivering high-impact business initiatives with measurable topline results.
Experience with US Equities, Electronic Trading, and Algo Trading preferred.
Bachelor's degree from a top tier university.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and US Equity market microstructure.
Experience with Python, Q, KDB, SQL and ability to use Tableau.
Demonstrated project management skills including experience with common project management tools.
