About the Role

The Product Manager will manage the product lifecycle from concept to phasing out of the product(s) across all products and product lines. They will create and develop product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and specify product requirements and backlogs. The role involves owning end-to-end user experience research and design, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with various teams to deliver high-impact customer value. Work may be performed in various locations across the U.S., with potential travel, relocation, or telecommuting options.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product lifecycle from concept to phasing out across all products and product lines.
Create and develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
Specify product requirements and maintain backlogs.
Own end-to-end user experience research and design for the products.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and incorporate new features.
Define market opportunities.
Partner effectively with Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Marketing, and Services to deliver high-velocity products that create high-impact customer value.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/analytical field.
Six (6) years of experience in an IT/Computer-related field.
Experience gathering business requirements.
Data analysis skills.
Developing user stories.
Working with cross-functional teams.
Implementing solutions.
Experience with unit testing, Scrum, and agile methodologies.
Knowledge of APIs, Microservices, SQL, Hadoop.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or analytical field.
Six years of relevant experience in IT/Computer-related roles.
