Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for your area, aligned with company goals.
• Gather and prioritize requirements through user research, analytics, and cross-team input.
• Write clear, detailed PRDs/user stories and work closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality features.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature reviews to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Own KPIs for your features - analyze performance and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Partner with customer success, sales, and marketing to ensure product-market fit and successful go-to-market execution.
• Stay informed about the restaurant POS landscape and competitive trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• Product management experience in SaaS or B2B tech, Restaurant technology.
• Proven ability to take features from idea to launch and measure their success.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, Agile development, and roadmap planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience using tools like Confluence, Jira, Figma, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for solving real problems.
• Experience leveraging AI in the product development process is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Educational background such as Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
