About the Role

TE Connectivity's Regional Product Managers (RPM) manage all aspects of a product portfolio, are tied directly to the customer, and own business within the region. This role involves developing and executing regional business and portfolio strategies to meet sales and profit targets, with a focus on growth, customer engagement, and collaboration across functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategy for the Americas region, aligned with the global product roadmap
  • Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking
  • Provide regional monthly forecast for S&OP process
  • Establish a stronger competitive cross-reference database
  • Determine and establish competitive pricing strategies for the Americas region
  • Build strong working relationships with internal sales and external channel partners
  • Drive key initiatives with sales and marketing to develop pipeline and deliver conversion
  • Partner with Marketing/Digital to support Go-To-Market strategy execution
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and supply chain to improve customer service levels
  • Enhance product-related digital content on TE.com
  • Drive the regional launch of new product introductions and activities
  • Develop product promotional campaigns, training presentations, and sessions
  • Engage with product segmentation and lifecycle management activities
  • Deliver product information to customers and sales team as needed
  • Perform other special company projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of employment with TE Connectivity, Product Management or Sales experience supporting an electrical connector portfolio
  • Demonstrated behavior and values above TE standards and a proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance goals
  • Drive for results mentality with the ability to work to deadlines and challenging targets
  • Business acumen combined with an entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Customer focus with solution-oriented thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple functions
  • Strong presentation, selling, and negotiation skills
  • Fully acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite software
  • SAP knowledge a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
