About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NPI activities for in-house and partner-developed debug solutions and evaluation boards.
• Develop and deliver internal messaging and training for sales, FAEs, and product specialists.
• Create external communications including web content, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Enable lead customers, sales teams, and marketing with product knowledge and tools.
• Apply deep technical understanding in adaptive SoCs, FPGAs, and embedded processing systems.
• Address customer requirements, market trends, and financial goals to shape product strategy.
• Promote technologies common across client AECG end markets and how to effectively market them.
• Minimal travel required for customer and field engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in semiconductors, marketing, or sales with a proven track record.
• Strong drive to achieve revenue, design wins, and market share goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong customer engagement abilities.
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated success in launching new technologies or business models and driving adoption.
• Technical knowledge and/or development experience with FPGAs, Adaptive SoCs, CPUs, and GPUs.
• Familiarity with client AECG s adaptive processing platforms and their applications from endpoint to edge to cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in a technical discipline or MBA is a plus.
