Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross functional team to manage existing and new products and win business.
  • Develop and execute product business planning activities including market/technology trends, market sizing, key customer targeting, competitive analysis, revenue goals, product positioning, and pricing.
  • Drive design wins with sales to meet annual and long-term revenue objectives.
  • Establish relationships at key accounts and partners.
  • Lead optical DSP component platform for optical transceivers to ensure team alignment for key design wins.
  • Drive outbound marketing activities including product promotions, industry events, trade shows, press announcements, product launches, and website updates.
  • Manage the opportunity funnel across data center and ecosystem partners, working closely with Sales.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of customer applications and competitor solutions to define product roadmap.
  • Develop customer-facing tools such as presentations, white papers, solutions briefs, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields with 10-15 years of professional experience, or Master's/PhD with 5-10 years of experience.
  • 5 years of relevant semiconductor experience with a solid understanding of optical communication and components.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management and launching new products.
  • Proven ability to create and drive a sales funnel and work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong product management experience including defining products, developing MRDs, and driving design analysis.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with effective communication skills.
  • Comprehensive background in semiconductor design to evaluate tradeoffs for performance, cost, power, and development.

Nice to Have

  • Working experience in laser driver and TIA products.
  • Domain knowledge on Optical Transceivers for Data Center applications.
  • Chinese language proficiency in Mandarin.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with extensive professional experience.
  • Master's degree and/or PhD preferred for certain roles.
