Key Responsibilities

  • Guide positioning in the market and tailor messaging across different channels and audiences, ensuring our unique value is communicated through clear narratives.
  • Plan, communicate, and execute tightly-organized product launches with a clear vision and story, ensuring team alignment on delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of users, their pain points, values, and how to reach them, sharing insights across the company to inform marketing and product roadmaps.
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving market dynamics, including pricing and packaging, and provide strategic input on internal pricing and packaging improvements.
  • Track feature awareness, adoption, and retention, partnering with marketing and product teams to highlight features by platform and user persona at different stages.
  • Build deep cross-functional relationships with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to support sales efforts through collateral and customer stories.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working in a product marketing role.
  • Excellent storytelling and writing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs through user interviews or surveys and translate insights into personas, positioning, messaging, and pricing recommendations.
  • Experience successfully launching products or features in a B2C or B2B environment, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.
  • Attention to detail across marketing and product, with deep product knowledge.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, build trust with teams, and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in pulling metrics to measure performance or identify opportunities using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or BI tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with market analysis and customer retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of video creation, production, or editing tools.
  • Experience with product roadmapping and user research for product design.
