Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and execute product launches, especially those involving high-velocity and high-volume product updates.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop and implement strategic go-to-market plans covering the entire lead-to-live journey for patients and providers.
  • Stay close to customers and competitors to craft core value propositions that differentiate the company and resonate with key markets and personas.
  • Develop internal and external product collateral such as presentations, release notes, FAQs, battlecards, and case studies based on solution-selling principles.
  • Work with Product teams to link product innovation to customer value, thereby increasing sales pipeline and customer retention.
  • Conduct in-depth research by interviewing customers and analyzing win/loss data to inform future product roadmap decisions.
  • Maintain and improve persona sheets and competitor comparisons to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrable product marketing achievements.
  • Experience in a B2B environment with high-tech products/services, ideally in healthcare.
  • Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Experience driving alignment with large cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 15% and work eastern or central business hours.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, value-based messaging, and competitive analysis.

Nice to Have

  • Certification(s) from Product Marketing Alliance or Pragmatic Institute.
  • Local talent in South Florida for a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience.
