About the Role

The role involves working within the Global Products Group, specifically in the Surfscan group, which develops wafer surface quality and defect inspection tools for semiconductor fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment of existing and potential markets, product lifecycle planning, and customer requirement analysis.
Developing product value propositions, pricing analysis, and marketing campaigns to increase product adoption and penetration.
Managing competition analysis and developing competitive strategies.
Supporting technical product development and providing technical sales support.
Representing marketing in product lifecycle meetings and coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams.
Owning market research, monitoring activity, and identifying customer needs.
Developing market requirements, product strategy, and defining product adoption strategies for specific accounts.
Creating product value propositions and promoting them to customers.
Acting as a point of contact between customers and the division, working closely with regional teams.

Requirements

PhD level degree with 3 years of experience, or Master's degree with 5 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of work experience.
Experience in semiconductor industry or related technical fields.
Ability to assess markets, develop product strategies, and support technical sales activities.
Strong communication skills for technical presentations and customer interactions.
Experience with product lifecycle management and market research.

Nice to Have

Experience with wafer inspection tools or semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of metrology and inspection product development.
Previous experience in product marketing or technical sales within the semiconductor industry.

Qualifications

Doctoral degree, Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree as specified in requirements.
Experience in semiconductor process control or related fields.
