Meta is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for its Business AI team in Menlo Park, California. The role involves driving market requirements, go-to-market strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to develop and launch AI solutions that help businesses automate, reduce costs, and improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering
Understand advertiser needs/requirements and product risk areas to prioritize recommendations to product, engineering, and design teams for new and existing products
Coordinate cross-functional projects across Meta to build innovative AI solutions for businesses, ensuring products are incorporated into the platform strategically
Ensure alignment, consistency, and flexibility across regional and vertical teams to scale impact while meeting market-specific needs
Own go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of products and solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop client communications, product documentation, and positioning
Coordinate successful go-to-market activations across multiple internal sales and partnerships teams by crafting effective messaging and enabling go-to-market teams at scale

Requirements

8+ years of professional experience in technology or internet technology, B2B, ad-tech, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting
Experience with AI and enthusiasm for its potential to unlock value for businesses and people
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and securing leadership support
Analytical, data-driven decision-making skills with experience using deductive reasoning
Organizational and people skills, including setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking, and working independently in a dynamic environment
Effective communication with technical, business, and external stakeholders
Experience in launching new products from 0 to 1
Ability to navigate and excel in uncertain and ambiguous environments
Customer-centric experience
Experience using AI to build software products and building AI and agents in production
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Creative discipline

Nice to Have

MBA or other relevant advanced degree
Experience in a product marketing capacity (partnering closely with product management, product marketing, and/or engineering)
Experience working in Generative AI
Experience coordinating go-to-market for products with global reach end-to-end
Experience with B2B customer-driven development

Base salary ranges from $128,000/year to $186,000/year
Bonus, equity, and benefits are also offered
