The company has raised more than $40 billion since 2010 and is seeking a results-driven Consumer Product Marketing Manager (Contractor) to deliver fast impact over 6 months. The role involves execution with some strategy support, crafting campaigns, building journeys, and optimizing with data, while keeping the consumer front and center. The position requires partnering with Product and Marketing teams to turn insights into go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, and retention, delivering results quickly.
  • Support strategy and own execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns—from concept to optimization.
  • Build audience segments and user journeys, tailoring messaging to motivations and behaviors.
  • Partner cross-functionally to test and launch consumer experiences that connect product value to user needs.
  • Analyze dashboards and performance data to guide next actions and optimizations.
  • Translate features and insights into clear, compelling consumer narratives.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, deliverables, and timelines with clarity and urgency.
  • Continuously test, learn, and scale marketing strategies with a consumer-first mindset.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of Product Marketing experience with impact on consumer launches and full-funnel campaigns.
  • Proven ability to turn strategy into fast, measurable results.
  • Skilled at distilling complex concepts into simple, compelling value propositions and stories that drive action.
  • Creative storyteller and messenger who can move consumers to action.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and digital product journeys.
  • Analytical and data-driven, turning insights into immediate action.
  • Highly organized cross-functional leader, equally comfortable with strategy and execution.
  • Self-starter and problem solver: resourceful, scrappy, and fast-moving.
  • Preferred consulting background is a plus.
  • Experience in consumer fintech is preferred.

  • Experience in consumer fintech.

Qualifications

  • Six years of product marketing experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • This is a contract position paying $69.00 - $104.00 per hour.
  • Due to the contract nature, there are no benefits or equity provided.
