About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively across multiple departments and product lines
• Support and manage market research studies and initiatives
• Partner with vendors to manage an online community of clients
• Develop actionable insights from research and present to business partners
• Manage multiple projects and research vendors simultaneously

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing research
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Strong analytic, mathematical, and statistical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience designing and managing User Experience (UX) studies
• Experience with implementing AI tools in research
• Experience in mission-driven or social impact organizations
• Financial service experience
• Experience with an investment firm
