Product Marketing Specialist, Fixed Income

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Craft investment product narratives, market-specific positioning, and collateral for assigned products.
• Own how products are represented across all markets and mediums.
• Position products through standard portfolio commentaries and questionnaire responses.
• Communicate a deep understanding of portfolio management to prospects via client engagement, webinars, and insight papers.
• Author content that drives the sales process, including language for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and consultant databases.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with investors and client services teams.
• Lead product-specific training for a wide range of audiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in fixed income investment products and the asset management industry.
• 4-7 years of experience in asset management marketing, preferably with fixed income / municipal bond products.
• Strong content creation skills in pitchbooks, bespoke materials, and multiple media formats.
• Ability to distill complex ideas and topics effectively.
• Experience creating effective product and capital markets-related content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
• Proactive approach to work and learning.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Situational adaptability and organizational savvy.
• Series 7 and Series 24 registrations or ability to attain within 1 year of hire.
• CFA and/or CAIA preferred.

Nice to Have

• CFA and/or CAIA certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management marketing with a focus on fixed income or municipal bonds.
• Content creation skills across multiple media formats.
• Professional registrations such as Series 7 and Series 24 or ability to attain within 1 year.
