Product Marketing Specialist I Intern 2025

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Marketing activities for BAE Systems at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant in Kingsport, TN.
• Support strategic proposals and orders, as assigned.
• Prepare and submit reports, as required.
• Maintain sales database including the capture of all relevant information from external customers to support quotes and orders.
• Ensure timely and complete communication with internal departments for smooth processing of external customer requests.
• Solicit and manage customer feedback with surveys and questionnaires.
• Strong attention to timeliness with response to external customers.
• Ensure compliance with all Business Development policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program majoring in Marketing or a business-related field.
• Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn tasks quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).

Nice to Have

• Recent Graduate holding a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other Business related program.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to work at least 24 hours per week.
