Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, cost forecasting, monitoring, documentation, control and reporting on all aspects of assigned projects, coordinating internal and external development and test resources and working with resource managers and other project managers to ensure staffing, project alignment and integration.
You will also own project priorities and delivery of project expectations, and identify any issues and mitigate risk among the project team.
You will help develop business and marketing strategies, optimizing the performance of our products to achieve business goals.
You will need to use project management techniques, tools and established standards to ensure project deliverables are met.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The ability to travel 25% of the time.

Nice to Have

Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline.
5+ years of experience in a project management or project leadership role.
Experience with financial aspects of project management, percentage completion, revenue recognition, and project accounting.
Demonstrated experience working in a stressful environment with many competing priorities where constructive feedback from others is encouraged and expected.
Experience in Pulp & Paper or Metals industries.
Advanced training or certifications in PMI/PMP.
