About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to track daily and oversee all property payments (and 2 businesses) of all insurance, mortgages, taxes, internet, and all utilities (with tenant move in and move outs). This in-office daily operations includes residential properties and tenant note taking. The ideal candidate will possess independent and self-motivated with exceptional excel skills and a solid background in paying bills and daily "dashboard" with status of all accounts and subscriptions. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage tenant relationships, ensure&confirm all property bills are paid, and problem solving attitude while working with an amazing team in a great office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and secure all business login credentials across platforms
  • Manage and coordinate all day-to-day operations for 100+ rental units
  • Monitor, track, and renew all digital subscriptions and services for the businesses
  • Prioritize client-facing subscriptions (e.g., Spotify for the Med Spa lobby, booking platforms, WiFi services) ensuring there are no service disruptions
  • Regularly audit subscription usage to eliminate redundancies or inefficiencies
  • Support the Med Spa's administrative and operational needs
  • Handle logistics for 3 Airbnb properties, including turnover schedules, guest communication, and booking oversight
  • Track and manage all utilities, insurance policies, taxes, and business bills for all entities

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in microsoft excel
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration
  • Strong negotiation skills to work insurance and other 'optimizations'
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people, including tenants, construction workers, vendors, service providers, owner, and team members
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with an optimistic attention to detail
  • Must be great at the details and confirming all bills are paid and logins/accounts information are understood and in good-standing
  • Experience with microsoft excel: 5 years
  • Account & Bill Management: 4 years
  • Ability to commute to Nanticoke, PA 18634
