About the Role

IDR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join a top client in the public sector industry. The role involves developing and maintaining automated and manual test cases, supporting various testing phases, and working within a team-oriented culture in a large organization. The position offers opportunities to work in an industry-leading company with a focus on quality assurance and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test cases using WebdriverIO or similar technology.
Create and maintain test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
Perform manual testing as required.
Track test case execution and establish automated schedules for test cases.
Use Jira to log and track defects.
Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices.
Support the development team in dev, test, UAT, and production environments.
Troubleshoot test cases as needed.
Lead UAT testing activities as required.
Be available for on-call support as needed.

Requirements

8+ years' experience with both manual and automated QA testing.
8+ years' experience with QA test script creation.
Professional experience supporting state/local government clients.
Experience working in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of QA testing experience.
Experience with test script creation and automation tools.
Support experience with government clients.
