Quality Assurance Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated UI and API test frameworks using NUnit and C#.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries; work with .NET technologies.
• Conduct load testing using tools such as JMeter, NeoLoad, or LoadRunner.
• Create and maintain test plans, test harnesses, and scripts.
• Execute test scripts and report results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and monthly deployments.
• Provide training on QA processes and tools as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in C#, .NET, Java, or similar.
• Experience with test case management and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with financial services, payments, or banking industry is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with QA tools and frameworks, including JMeter, NeoLoad, and NUnit.

Qualifications
