QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated processes to improve efficiency and quality in software development and testing, including identifying automation opportunities, developing scripts, and troubleshooting issues.
• Create test plans, data, procedures, and automated test scripts.
• Participate as an observer in the formal review of business requirements.
• Report test results.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure effective testing.

Requirements

• Knowledge of quality assurance and testing tools and processes.
• Experience with software development processes including analysis, design, coding, system and user testing.
• Proficiency with AZURE DEVOPS, Automated Testing, Agile, Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Performance/load/stress testing, ADA and regression testing.
• Familiarity with SDLC, REST APIs, Google Workspace, Salesforce Platform.
• Skills in customer service, quality assurance, and excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication.
• Expertise in Selenium and JMeter, JavaScript, Python, C#, and CI/CD pipelines using AZURE DEVOPS.
• Ability to balance, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks, mentor team members, solve complex problems, and work independently.
• A Bachelor's Degree plus 2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance testing and analysis or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with full-stack development and analysis.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with ADA compliance testing.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree from an accredited college or university, coursework, and work experience relevant to the assignment.
• Successfully pass background and reference checks.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Level One fingerprint clearance card as per DES requirements.
• Ability to meet pre-employment requirements including driver's license and employment verification.
