About the Role

The Quality Assurance Analyst at Uline, a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, will help ensure the company's systems and tools work correctly to support internal teams and customers. This role is based at the corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, and involves working on the Product Data Management team to maintain high-quality product data systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Build and run test plans to make sure product Merchandising system updates work properly.
Partner with IT and business teams to conduct system testing on everything from front-end features to behind-the-scenes updates.
Review current quality assurance processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Learn how Uline's product data systems work so you can confidently test new tools.
Support end users by answering questions and helping them get the most out of the system.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Relevant internship or work experience a plus.
Experience with writing SQL statements and the STEP application is a plus.
Eager to learn new techniques to advance your skills and adapt to shifting priorities.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
