About the Role

AerSale is a global leader and market innovator specializing in aviation products and services to meet the growing demand for aftermarket support in global passenger, cargo, and government segments. The company offers complete aircraft nose-to-tail, value-added offerings, including Aircraft & Component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services (MRO), Aircraft & Engine Sales and Leasing, Used Serviceable Material (USM) Sales and Parts Exchange, Flight Equipment Asset Management Services, and internally developed aircraft and component modifications designed to enhance aircraft performance and operating economics.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and deployment of test automation frameworks with a focus on integrating artificial intelligence and workflow automation using Microsoft Al Foundry and n8n.io software solutions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of automated software testing solutions.
Support the QA team in testing activities and process improvements.

Requirements

Completion of coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Basic programming knowledge in one or more languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
Understanding of software testing principles and an interest in test automation tools and frameworks.
Basic understanding of operating systems, including Windows and/or Linux environments.
Familiarity with web browsers and web-based applications.
Basic use of Microsoft Office.
Willingness to learn and work with tools such as n8n.io and Microsoft Al Foundry.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to Have

Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Data Science coursework.
Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), especially Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
