Our team ensures the reliability and functionality of critical features such as power control, sensor monitoring, event logging, and remote diagnostics through protocols like IPMI and Redfish. We work closely across hardware, firmware, and software teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions that support the next generation of data center infrastructure. You'll be part of a dynamic and skilled engineering environment focused on developing next-generation data center products, introducing innovative methodologies, and creating scalable software solutions. Our environment values open communication, collaborative partnerships, continuous innovation, and a strong focus on customer success.

  • Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from planning and design through implementation and testing, while proactively managing tasks, adhering to schedules, identifying risks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective automated testing strategies for new features and components.
  • Prepare detailed design specifications and test plans; actively contribute to peer reviews of code, design documents, and test plans.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and achievements.
  • Approach problem-solving with a focus on creating simple, efficient solutions to complex technical challenges.

  • Software testing experience with protocols such as IPMI, iSCSI, SAN, TCP/IP, I2C, PCIe, SMBIOS, and DMTF Redfish.
  • Experience in debugging BIOS, operating systems (Linux), hardware components, and platform-level issues.
  • 3+ years of experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, C, or C++ for automation and debugging purposes.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Baseboard Management and Control (BMC) firmware testing, including validation of features such as sensor monitoring, power control, event logging, and remote media mounting.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with remote management technologies and tools.
  • Advanced coding skills with a thorough grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience working within continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Willingness to work in the lab environment and provide support across different time zones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in a related technical field.
