Regional Marketing Director

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Creates the marketing plan including digital media and paid media campaign concepts for assigned facilities in consultation with facility operations, team members, business development, and the agency.
• Creates eNewsletter content and maintains distribution lists for email marketing, ensuring audience growth.
• Administers facility's email marketing outreach via Constant Contact and executes the plan, monitoring results and reporting monthly to leadership.
• Monitors trending metrics including missed-call reporting on Analytics Dashboard and escalates issues as needed.
• Administers facility social media visibility by identifying and soliciting interesting content, capturing, captioning, posting, and monitoring engagement.
• Audits all digital footprints (facility websites, Google My Business, social media accounts) weekly to ensure accuracy and resolves issues immediately.
• Provides weekly reports to leadership on audits, findings, and actions taken.
• Ensures current and relevant content is developed and ready for deployment, including facility-based content created by staff.
• Collaborates with other marketing functions to ensure alignment and integration.
• Champions facility positive PR by building relationships with local media, pitching stories, orchestrating local events, and promoting community engagement.
• Ensures the facility/network leverages all available channels, resources, and vendor platforms relevant to operations and service lines.
• Researches and stays attuned to digital trends and competitor activities to keep facilities/network relevant and ahead of industry trends.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of healthcare marketing management experience.
• Proficient knowledge of marketing metrics and Digital Analytics platforms.
• Strong proficiency in conducting research via the Internet.
• Understanding of client-facing interaction and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze and assess new developments in the industry.

Nice to Have

• Behavioral healthcare marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience: 5 years of healthcare marketing management experience.
