About the Role

The Regional Marketing Director at Systemair NA is a leadership role responsible for driving strategic and channel marketing initiatives across the North American region. Under the direction of the Vice President, Sales & Marketing, this role involves developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that align with Systemair's commercial objectives, increase brand visibility, and enhance channel partner engagement within the HVAC industry. The position combines internal sales execution with external market engagement to support the company's growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Grow and maintain Systemair's strategic marketing efforts across the North American region.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
Increase brand visibility and enhance engagement with channel partners in the HVAC industry.
Drive strategic and channel marketing initiatives to support company growth.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B manufacturing or HVAC-related environment.
Proven experience developing and managing channel marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of wholesale distribution model and sales channels.
Excellent communication (written, verbal), and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft 365.
Willingness to travel routinely throughout the region.
Organizational and time management skills.
