About the Role

Redgate Software is seeking a Regional Marketing Director [FTC] to set and execute the AMER regional marketing strategy, driving both short- and long-term commercial growth. The role involves partnering with regional sales leadership, aligning marketing efforts with revenue goals, and connecting global and regional strategies. The company creates simple software to help data professionals optimize database management across the DevOps lifecycle, emphasizing efficiency, error reduction, and data protection. Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute the AMER regional marketing strategy to drive growth.
  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Identify opportunities for regional growth and influence senior stakeholders across marketing and the wider business.
  • Manage, lead, and coach a team of ABM, digital, and event marketing professionals.
  • Support team development, including building capabilities and ensuring commercial accountability.
  • Align regional marketing execution with global strategy to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • A senior marketing leader with a proven track record of developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Commercially astute and strategically minded with experience in assessing regional needs and allocating resources effectively.
  • Confident communicator and influencer experienced in engaging with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and the wider business.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Proactive, forward-thinking, and focused on long-term impact as well as short-term results.
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed environments and aligning regional efforts with global strategy.
