About the Role

The Regional Marketing Director for Gaming and Casino is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, this role involves evaluating market trends, managing advertising promotions, building departmental projects, developing annual marketing plans and budgets, and leading the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, market share, and casino profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate regional market and economic trends and introduce strategic changes to exceed marketing expectations and support strategic goals.
  • Plan regional advertising promotions through design and graphic arts to accomplish marketing policies, increase revenue, and maintain a competitive position in the gaming market.
  • Build regional departmental projects from conceptualization to implementation and closeout, following appropriate project management methodologies.
  • Develop the annual regional marketing plan with measurable goals, strategies, and resources to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop the regional budget according to the approved marketing plan, oversee expenses, approve invoices, and review budget reports monthly.
  • Communicate regional marketing plans across the organization to implement promotional events that enhance casino profitability.
  • Exercise leadership by example and through coaching the marketing team.
  • Develop and implement regional procedures to eliminate problems, increase efficiency, maintain internal controls, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Resolve regional customer or associate disputes promptly to exceed guest experience expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or 4 years of directly related experience.
  • Seven years of marketing management experience with direct responsibility for the marketing budget and operations.
  • Proficiency in general computer applications, including spreadsheets capable of maintaining complex data.
  • Advertising experience.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of P&L statements and how actions impact the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or 4 years of directly related experience.
