Regional Marketing Manager, Enterprise IT

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with corporate strategy and sales objectives targeting internal IT and using our ICP & buyer personas.
• Collaborate with direct and channel sales teams to align on plans which will incorporate direct, face-to-face, virtual, and partner marketing activations, including regional roadshow series, sponsorships, and industry initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end execution of programs including promotions, lead flow, follow-up with SDR team, and regular updates on program effectiveness.
• Strategically drive programs with top partners (resellers & tech alliances) to build and execute joint marketing plans.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent communication and calls to action for sellers.
• Proactively own programs and communications with agencies, vendors, and technology partners, ensuring timely, high-quality execution.
• Manage programs on-budget with timely and accurate reconciliation with finance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to elevate regional marketing efforts.
• Be a main point of contact for regional events, coordination, and assessment.
• Identify opportunities to engage existing customers and NinjaOne thought leaders, such as speaking engagements.
• Participate in all phases of marketing programs from research and design to coordination, communication, and execution.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS/software marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role focusing on growth, demand generation, customer marketing, or executive programs.
• Deep understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and ability to build scalable models for enterprise and mid-market/SMB segments within SaaS.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced environments.
• Focus on growth, pipeline optimization, revenue generation, ROI, and data-driven decisions.
• Working knowledge of tools like Salesforce & Tableau; Pardot, Salesloft, & Asana is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with initiative and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with a global team.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments; structured, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.

• Open to travel up to 40%.
