Retail Media Strategist A leading innovator in in-store audio seeks a Retail Media Strategist to join its growing US team. You'll shape the future of retail media by connecting retailers, brands, and agencies with cutting-edge audio solutions that enhance shopper experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with retailers, brands, agencies, and internal teams to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of in-store audio advertising.
  • Design bespoke audio-led strategies that align with clients' business objectives and ensure seamless integration into omnichannel retail media programs.
  • Translate technical platform capabilities into practical solutions addressing real-world challenges faced by major retailers in the US.
  • Lead educational workshops and provide thought leadership on digital content trends to empower partners to leverage audio within their marketing mix.
  • Analyze campaign data to guide clients on measurement best practices, optimize performance, and deliver value through strategic alignment and creative problem-solving.
  • Partner with retail media networks and key advertisers to design and support comprehensive audio-led media strategies that deliver tangible business results.
  • Act as a liaison between the platform and the broader retail media ecosystem, ensuring tools, inventory, and capabilities meet partner needs.
  • Develop retail media strategies that integrate audio into full-funnel performance marketing plans to maximize reach and impact.
  • Lead strategic conversations, workshops, and training sessions to educate partners on the role of audio in retail media.
  • Research emerging digital media content trends to provide insights to internal teams and ensure industry alignment.
  • Create data-driven insights and presentations to communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Support partnership efforts across retail networks, measurement partners, and third-party platforms to enhance activation and integration.
  • Collaborate with teams across Retail Partnerships, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data to position audio offerings and inform product development.
  • Guide partners in selecting measurement approaches, analyzing performance data, and generating insightful reports.

  • Significant exposure to the US retail media ecosystem, especially where it intersects with innovative audio technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships internally and externally with high-profile clients.
