Job Description

About the Role

CAMP is a Family Experience Company known for our one-of-a-kind shop/play hybrid experience at physical locations across the country. Each CAMP store features rotating themed experiences where families come to play, explore, and create unforgettable memories together. We believe that play connects us all, and at CAMP, play is bigger, bubblier, funnier, fuzzier, slimier, and sillier than anywhere else. The role involves owning and optimizing ticketing operations and labor analytics across multiple retail and experience-driven locations, with a focus on profitability and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ticket setup, pricing, inventory, and customer flow across all CAMP locations and experiences
  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize conversion and maximize revenue
  • Own the backend ticketing system built on Shopify, partnering with Product and Tech to ensure platform reliability and enhancements
  • Oversee day-to-day ticket operations including event builds, capacity management, blackout dates, and hold inventories
  • Partner with Finance and HR to monitor and forecast labor spend across locations, aligning staffing levels with ticketed demand
  • Maintain labor datasets and reporting workflows; identify and investigate labor variances, overtime trends, and cost inefficiencies
  • Support weekly labor processing in coordination with HR, including auditing weekly timecards for accuracy and escalating discrepancies
  • Analyze labor as a percentage of revenue and create dashboards connecting guest throughput with staffing ROI
  • Partner with the Growth team on conversion tracking, attribution, and performance optimization across channels
  • Liaise with Store Leadership to align workforce planning with show schedules and forecasted traffic
  • Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to build and support co-branded ticketing experiences from pre-sale to post-event reporting
  • Work with Retail, Creative, and Studio teams to integrate ticketing into larger brand moments, seasonal campaigns, and IP activations
  • Monitor key KPIs like sell-through, conversion rate, drop-off, and average ticket price
  • Generate performance reports and dashboards for leadership and location teams
  • Use insights to test, iterate, and refine pricing, packaging, and customer flow strategies

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a role spanning ticketing/events and financial operations (labor, FP&A, or workforce analytics)
  • Experience with Shopify or similar ticketing platforms; familiarity with event setup workflows
  • Knowledge of labor systems and time-tracking tools
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills; able to build models and dashboards from scratch
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across technical, creative, and operational teams
  • Passion for family entertainment, live experiences, and optimizing how people work and play

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker, etc.)
  • Understanding of labor law basics, tax implications, and state-by-state compliance nuances (especially in multi-state operations)

  • Gym and Wellness Discounts
  • Voluntary Pet Insurance
  • Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
