Revenue Operations Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and manages detailed project plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources.
• Delegates tasks to team members best positioned to complete them.
• Holds team members accountable for deliverables and due dates.
• Proactively communicates project progress and anticipated delays with recommendations to course correct.
• Clearly communicates expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Manages project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved.
• Determines how results will be measured and completes post-project evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of project management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired.
• Strong Smartsheet experience and skillset.
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum).
• Excellent communication, cooperation, and professionalism with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
• Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Follows all relevant laws and regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, EEOC, Civil Rights, ADA, and employment laws.
