Sales Manager, B2B (Remote)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance goals weekly, monthly, and quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and ensure CRM data is current and accurate.
• Remove roadblocks and support the team in resolving challenges to support sales opportunities.
• Monitor and drive team call time and productivity, conducting weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client territories.
• Stay informed on developments in client services and market trends, and ensure the team is updated.
• Act as a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues.
• Maintain communication with the Sales Director and external clients to foster and develop strategic relationships.
• Work with clients on reporting and forecasting.
• Coordinate team incentives and sales performance incentive funds.
• Partner with all stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address.
• 5+ years of proven work experience in a sales role.
• Passion for customer experience and driving team results.
• Experience in operations and strategy building.
• Excellent coaching history and ability to develop and retain employees.
• Experience maximizing revenue through best practices.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills as a manager.
• Change management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing remote teams.
• Knowledge of the healthcare or customer service industry.
• Additional certifications or training in sales or leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in sales for at least 5 years.
• Experience with operations and strategy development.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong coaching and employee development skills.
• Change management experience.
