About the Role

The role involves leading the technical architecture and development of Offer Management solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing platform integrations and applications. The candidate should have extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a strong understanding of data modeling, customer segmentation, and real-time personalization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical architecture and development of Offer Management solutions.
Design and implement integrations with marketing platforms, including Adobe (CDP).
Collaborate with product managers and solution architects to define technical requirements and delivery plans.
Mentor and guide a team of developers.
Participate in client workshops and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Drive continuous improvement in development practices and solution delivery.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience in campaign and offer management application development.
Strong understanding of data modeling, customer segmentation, and real-time personalization.
Ability to lead technical architecture and development projects.
Experience in designing and implementing integrations with marketing platforms, including Adobe (CDP).
Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with product managers, solution architects, and clients.
