About the Role

The Secondary Marketing Operations Leader supports cross-functional business segments within the Secondary Marketing/Capital Markets group of US Mortgage. This role involves designing and supporting the development of key business practices to enhance Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office execution within the leadership team of Secondary Marketing/Capital Markets. The position requires engaging with divisional leaders, aligning strategies, and managing multiple deliverables to support the growth and operational efficiency of the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage daily and weekly with divisional leaders within Secondary/Capital Markets to support operational strategy and governance.
  • Report and align key strategies for execution on a daily, weekly, monthly, and fiscal year basis specific to Secondary/Capital Markets within US Mortgage.
  • Develop communication strategies, reporting, updates, and report-outs to key partners and divisions across US Mortgage.
  • Lead operations and fulfillment of US Mortgage in executing strategies for daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Manage multiple deliverables that support the development and growth of the Secondary/Capital Markets group.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably within a large regional or super-regional bank.
  • Ability to serve as both a sole contributor in a leadership role and to manage a separate team in the future.
  • Experience with US Mortgage within a bank.
  • Leadership experience managing multiple strategies with daily, weekly, and monthly execution.
  • Ability to present to senior leadership and carry actionable deliverables forward.
  • Cross-functional business leadership skills to align key narratives across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 15+ years in Financial Services, preferably within a large regional or super-regional bank.
