About the Role

Join ST as a Segment Marketing & System Architecture Engineer to shape and expand the CECP segment marketing and application organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to market intelligence by collecting and analyzing information on future trends, needs, new topologies, and architectures within the segment, focusing on competitors, key customers, and emerging companies.
  • Lead the regional organization in targeting new markets, enhancing ST's market positioning, and creating value at the system level to maximize ST's footprint and satisfy customer applications.
  • Develop system-based promotional content and drive it through internal and external go-to-market channels, including partners and distributors.
  • Identify emerging technical trends over the next three to five years, spot gaps in products or technology, and leverage ST's system-level approach to enhance the portfolio and shape new product roadmaps.
  • Submit detailed specifications and advocate recommendations to product groups, providing a consolidated view of technical market trends and product evolution.
  • Ensure ST's presence at trade shows and in technical publications, representing the company across the segment.
  • Participate in and develop press releases, articles, product presentations, and conferences to communicate ST's brand and innovations.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electronics or Physics.
  • Minimum of 10 years in Technical Marketing or FAE roles.
  • Proficiency in Analog Power and Power Discrete, Digital Controllers, and Optical technologies.
  • Ability to navigate complex programs and interface with various company stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with talent for enrolling teams, managing resources, and fostering collaboration.
  • High level of autonomy and self-driven attitude.
  • Creativity and 'out of the box' thinking.
  • Proficient in Excel, Office Suite, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SFDC or similar CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Business proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese, French, or Italian is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Chinese, French, or Italian languages.

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a Master's degree in Electronics or Physics.
  • Extensive experience in technical marketing or FAE roles (minimum 10 years).
