Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute site personalization strategies via Adobe Test & Target, including identifying opportunities for personalization, defining target audiences, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment of personalized experiences across the website and CRM channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance, summarize findings, and share results with appropriate stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop targeting strategies for Direct Mail, Email, and SMS/Push to improve customer retention and drive overall omnichannel sales, applying strategies such as RFM, Model Scores, and Control Groups.
  • Build and optimize audiences in the campaign management tool (SAS 360) for all CRM channels.
  • Compile results and summarize findings in a digestible format along with recommendations and next steps on select CRM campaigns.
  • Prepare and maintain the weekly email status sheet, including targeting, segmentation, versions, count approval, scheduling, and communication of all email marketing campaigns for cross-functional team meetings.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize CRM strategies.
  • Drive and manage asset workflow, including creative briefs and linking strategies for select CRM initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BS or BA Degree required, with a background in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing a plus.
  • 3-5 years of analytical experience.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in using marketing systems and tools such as Adobe Test & Target and SAS 360.
  • Ability to partner with multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, results and goal-focused.
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, and recognizes the need for urgency.
