Senior Analyst, eCommerce Growth & Ancillary Revenue

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Ancillary Revenue business model to track performance and forecast growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools to guide decision-making.
• Build relationships and partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, sales) to execute commercial strategies.
• Present data-driven recommendations clearly to influence senior stakeholders.
• Blend quantitative analysis with qualitative inputs from stakeholders, industry trends, and fan feedback.
• Support go-to-market planning and evaluate the performance of new product launches using key KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices and adopting a growth mindset.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
• High proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Domo) is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, connecting data insights to commercial objectives.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Clear and confident communicator capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Willingness and ability to work from the Chicago office as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker or Domo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in strategy or analytics roles.
